Privacy policy
This policy covers the website pushifystudio.com and how Pushify LLC ("Pushify Studio", "we") handles personal data in general. Each app has its own privacy policy, linked from its page on this site.
What we collect on this website
- Analytics. We use privacy-friendly analytics that count page views and referrers in aggregate. They do not use advertising cookies or build a profile of you.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps short-lived technical logs, such as IP address, browser and requested page, to operate and secure the site.
- Contact form. When you send a message we receive your name, email address and message. Delivery is handled by our email provider (Resend). We use this only to reply to you.
- Preferences. Your theme choice is stored in your browser's local storage, and a functional cookie may remember your language. Neither is used for tracking.
Our apps
Each app has its own privacy policy describing exactly what it processes. You'll find it at /apps/<app>/privacy and on the app's store listing.
How long we keep data
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to two years afterwards. Analytics data is aggregated. Server logs are deleted on a rolling basis by our hosting provider.
Sharing
We don't sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers named above, who process it on our behalf, or when required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU and UK, or KVKK in Türkiye) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data and to object to its processing. Email support@pushifystudio.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Changes
We update the date on this page whenever this policy changes.
