These terms apply to the website pushifystudio.com and to apps published by Pushify LLC under the Pushify Studio name. By using the website or an app, you agree to them.

Using our apps

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our apps on devices you own or control, in line with these terms and the rules of the store you downloaded them from. For apps downloaded from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies unless an app provides its own terms.

You agree not to misuse the apps: for example, not to reverse engineer them except where the law allows it, interfere with their operation, or use them for anything unlawful.

Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple or Google under their terms. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your store account settings.

Content and intellectual property

The apps, this website, our logos and our content belong to Pushify LLC or its licensors. Content you create in an app remains yours.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep our apps reliable and up to date, but we can't promise they will always be available or error-free. We may change, update or discontinue features or apps.

Disclaimer and liability

The website and apps are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws in your country.

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy and in each app's own policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
