Privacy policy

This privacy policy explains how Gambit ("the app"), published by Pushify LLC under the Pushify Studio name ("we", "us"), handles information when you use it on iOS or Android.

The short version

• Gambit is designed to work without an account.
• We don't sell your personal data and we don't use it to build advertising profiles.
• What you create in the app stays on your device unless a feature clearly says otherwise.

Information the app processes

Content you create

Entries, settings and preferences you create in the app are stored on your device. If the app offers backup or sync, it uses the platform service you choose (such as iCloud or Google Drive), and that data is handled under the provider's terms.

Diagnostics and usage

To keep the app stable we may collect crash reports and aggregate usage statistics, such as app version, device model, operating system version and which features are used. This information is not used to identify you.

Purchases

If the app offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, payments are processed by Apple or Google. We receive confirmation that a purchase happened, never your payment details.

Support emails

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to answer you.

Service providers

Depending on its features, the app may rely on service providers for crash reporting, analytics or cloud infrastructure. They process data on our behalf and only for the purposes described here. The app's App Store privacy label and Google Play Data safety section list the exact data types and are kept up to date.

Permissions

The app asks for device permissions (for example notifications, camera or photos) only when a feature needs them. You can change them at any time in your device settings.

Children

Gambit is not directed at children under 13, or the equivalent minimum age in your country, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Keeping and deleting data

Data stored on your device is removed when you delete the app. To ask us to delete information we hold about you, such as support emails, write to support@pushifystudio.com.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU and UK, or KVKK in Türkiye), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data and to object to its processing. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we update the date on this page. Significant changes are also mentioned in the app or in the store release notes.
